Key Responsibilities
- Manage and guide sales supervisors and team members
- Monitor daily sales activities and performance
- Ensure smooth execution of daily draw operations
- Develop strategies to improve sales results
- Report performance updates to management
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales management preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage teams effectively
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
