Job Description: Sales Manager – HR & Management Consultancy
Position Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new corporate clients and expanding existing accounts.
This role focuses on positioning the consultancy as a trusted provider of HR, recruitment, and management advisory services across the UAE.
The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to close high-value B2B deals in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients across key sectors including hospitality, retail, real estate, F&B, and corporate services.
- Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline covering recruitment, HR outsourcing, training, and consulting solutions.
- Deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and tailored service offerings to prospective clients.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including HR Directors, General Managers, CEOs, and business owners.
- Conduct regular client engagements to understand evolving business needs and identify upselling opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
3. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor UAE market trends, competitor activities, and pricing benchmarks within the HR and consultancy space.
- Provide strategic insights to management to support service development and competitive positioning.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities such as outsourcing contracts, RPO solutions, training programs, and HR transformation initiatives.
4. Proposal & Contract Management
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and service-level agreements in line with company standards and UAE labour regulations.
- Lead negotiations with key stakeholders and successfully close high-value contracts.
- Coordinate internally with recruitment, HR operations, and consulting teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate CRM records, including pipeline status, client interactions, and sales forecasts.
- Track performance metrics such as conversion rates, deal value, and pipeline health.
- Present regular performance reports and updates to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales within HR consultancy, recruitment, or staffing services.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market and corporate landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and close high-value deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and commercially focused.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network of corporate clients or HR professionals in the UAE.
- Experience selling HR outsourcing, RPO, or consulting services.
- Prior experience in a leadership or team management role.
