- We’re always looking for new ways to raise the bar.
- So we’re searching for an Sales Manager with a track record of driving sales and smashing targets to help us fill our rooms, meeting suites and banquet halls.
- A little taste of your day-to-day:
- Every day is different, but you'll mainly be responsible for:
- Managing daily sales activities and contributing to the achievement of hotel revenue goals.
- Meeting individual and team sales targets to maximize profitability.
- Implementing sales plans to increase occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), food & beverage revenue, and banquet business.
- Preparing and reviewing monthly sales reports to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and local businesses.
- Working closely with the Director of Sales and the sales team to execute commercial strategies and secure new business opportunities.
- Identifying potential clients through proactive sales calls, site inspections, and networking activities.
- What we need from you:
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in hotel or hospitality sales and marketing.
- Strong knowledge of the local business environment and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
