We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
**Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve company targets.** Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase property sales and market share. **Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.** Recruit, train, and mentor real estate agents and sales executives. **Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and property developers.** Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base. **Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.** Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities in Qatar.
Requirements
**Proven experience in real estate sales management.** Strong leadership and team management skills. **Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.** Knowledge of the Qatar real estate market is highly preferred. **Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.
