We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sanitary ware and tiles sales, along with the ability to promote and sell kitchens, wardrobes, and doors solutions to both retail and project clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Generate new business through both indoor showroom sales and outdoor project sales.
- Promote and sell sanitary ware, tiles, kitchens, wardrobes, and doors.
- Handle client inquiries and provide appropriate product and design solutions.
- Work closely with contractors, consultants, architects, and developers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up to close sales opportunities.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to support project requirements.
- Coordinate with design and technical teams for smooth project execution.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong knowledge and proven experience in sanitary ware and tiles sales (mandatory).
- Experience in kitchens, wardrobes, and doors (fixed furniture) sales is a strong advantage.
- Ability to suggest design ideas, product combinations, and space solutions.
- Experience in both showroom (indoor) and field (outdoor) sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to build long-term client partnerships and close deals effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (University degree is mandatory).
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sanitary ware, tiles, or building materials sales.
- Strong understanding of interior and bathroom design concepts.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken) – Mandatory.
- Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory).
- Must be currently available in Qatar.
- NOC for transfer preferred.
