Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Digital Printing to lead business development efforts, expand our client base, and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the printing, signage, advertising, or branding industry and a proven ability to generate new business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and business objectives.
- Identify and secure new clients in the corporate, retail, hospitality, events, real estate, and government sectors.
- Promote the full range of 4M Creative House services, including digital printing, signage, branding, promotional materials, and large-format printing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project discussions.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to maximize profitability.
- Coordinate with production and design teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in digital printing, signage, advertising, branding, or a related industry.
- Strong network of clients within the UAE market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of printing materials, branding solutions, and production processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
