Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven **Sales Manager/Client Coordinator** to lead sales performance across our aesthetic clinics in Dubai.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the aesthetics, healthcare, beauty, or wellness industry, with a proven track record in **revenue growth, sales target achievement, team leadership, and business development**.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive overall sales performance and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase clinic revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze sales KPIs, conversion rates, and business performance metrics.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate clinic teams to maximize sales opportunities and treatment conversions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and growth initiatives.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews, performance evaluations, and training sessions.
  • Work closely with Clinic Managers and Operations teams to improve patient experience and commercial outcomes.
  • Develop promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to increase patient acquisition and retention.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business performance updates for senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, and customer service standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 **years of sales management experience**, preferably in aesthetics, healthcare, beauty, wellness, or luxury retail sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
