We specialise in driving growth for real estate developers and brokerages across the UAE through advanced online and offline strategies.
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to join our fast-growing team.
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with proven experience selling digital marketing services in the Dubai real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and close deals with real estate brokerages and property developers.
- Leverage your existing network of Senior Marketing Managers, CMOs, and Heads of Marketing to generate high-value leads.
- Present and sell tailored digital and offline marketing solutions designed for the real estate industry.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Advise clients on marketing strategies to help them sell more properties faster.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and technical teams to ensure client success and project delivery.
- Track, analyse, and report on sales performance and pipeline activity.
- Stay up to date on real estate marketing trends, updates, and competitor activity.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in digital or offline marketing (Dubai experience required).
- Strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Established network of senior marketing decision-makers in the UAE real estate sector.
- Experience selling to brokerages and property developers preferred.
- Solid understanding of SEO, website development, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
