About the Role
Cyient Limited is seeking a results-driven Engineering Sales Manager to drive business growth across EPC contractors and National Oil Companies in the UAE and GCC region.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in selling IT engineering solutions/automation, understanding EPC procurement processes, and owning sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development across EPC contractors and National Oil Companies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the UAE/GCC region
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Understand client requirements and position tailored solutions
- Navigate EPC procurement and tendering processes
- Develop competitive pricing strategies
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Monitor market trends and competition
& Experience
- 6+ years of experience in the IT engineering solutions or industrial automation sales
- Experience working with EPC contractors and/or National Oil Companies
- Strong understanding of EPC procurement processes
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience in UAE/GCC preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
