Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Abu Dhabi.
The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales operations, including managing a portfolio of dental clinic and hospital accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities
include leading and coaching the sales team, setting sales plans and forecasts, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring consistent follow-up on leads and customer inquiries.
The role will coordinate closely with marketing, customer service, and logistics to ensure timely delivery, effective product promotion, and high client satisfaction.
The Sales Manager will also conduct regular client visits, present product solutions, gather market feedback, and contribute to strategic decisions to grow the company’s presence in the dental market.
Qualifications
- Proven sales management skills, including setting targets, developing sales plans, and monitoring performance.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage decision-makers in clinics and hospitals.
- Experience in medical or dental products, healthcare distribution, or a related industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed objectives.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Comfort with using CRM systems, basic data analysis, and standard office software to track pipelines and generate reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and travel within the region for client meetings and events as needed.
