Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Abu Dhabi.
The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, manage and coach the sales team, and ensure achievement of revenue and growth targets.
Responsibilities
include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the dental and medical sectors.
The role involves conducting client meetings and product presentations, negotiating contracts and pricing, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in medical, dental, or healthcare products and services.
- Strong skills in relationship building, client account management, and networking within relevant markets.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, analyze sales data, and prepare accurate forecasts and reports.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in a business setting.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team coaching, performance management, and motivation.
- High level of organization, time management, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working with CRM systems, MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and digital communication tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Understanding of the dental or medical industry and willingness to learn technical product knowledge.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and travel locally for client visits as required.
