Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager, based in Abu Dhabi with flexibility to work remotely for part of the time.
The Sales Manager will oversee client relationship management, develop strategies to acquire new clients, manage sales processes, and collaborate closely with the legal team to align services with client needs.
Responsibilities
include identifying business opportunities, setting sales targets, preparing reports, and ensuring client satisfaction.
The Sales Manager will also participate in client consultations to communicate the firm's services effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Planning, and Client Acquisition
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership skills
- Time Management, Organization, and Problem-Solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with business development processes
- Knowledge of legal industry standards and practices is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in sales roles, particularly in a professional services or legal environment, is a plus
