We are looking for a
Strategic Sales Manager
to drive new business across the
UAE and KSA markets
.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven sales professional who can open doors, build relationships with senior decision-makers, understand business challenges, and position both
LeadForge and The Impression
as strategic growth partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients across the UAE and KSA.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Generate meetings through LinkedIn outreach, email, calls, referrals, networking, and partnerships.
- Present LeadForge to CEOs, founders, CMOs, marketing heads, sales directors, HR leaders, and business development decision-makers.
- Understand client challenges and position LeadForge as a solution for pipeline growth, lead generation, buying intent intelligence, and sales acceleration.
- Introduce relevant
The Impression
- services when clients need broader marketing, branding, digital, or sales support.
- Prepare tailored proposals and follow up with prospects until closure.
- Manage sales activity, pipeline updates, and weekly reporting.
- Support client onboarding and identify account growth opportunities after signing.
- Work closely with The Impression’s strategy, creative, media, web, CRM, and content teams to shape client solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, strategic sales, partnerships, or client growth.
- Proven experience working across the
- UAE and KSA markets
- .
- Strong understanding of GCC business culture, sales cycles, and senior stakeholder management.
- Experience selling services, platforms, digital solutions, SaaS, data solutions, advertising, CRM, lead generation, or professional services.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to simplify data-driven and digital solutions into clear business value.
- Comfortable with prospecting, cold outreach, follow-ups, and closing.
- Arabic is a strong advantage.
