The company is seeking a Customer Service & System Follow-Up Executive for its business setup and company formation services.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and other channels.
- Follow up with clients about company formation, licenses, visas, and related services.
- Update and maintain customer information in the company system or CRM.
- Follow up on applications and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Keep clients informed about application status.
- Provide timely and professional customer service.
Requirements
- Previous customer service, sales, or business setup experience is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Good computer skills and ability to use CRM or system platforms.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- UAE experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Full-time role paying AED 6,000–8,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person; the description lists Sharjah, UAE.
