Role Overview
Customer Service & System Follow-Up Executive at a business setup and company formation firm in Sharjah, UAE.
Full-time position focused on client inquiries and application follow-up.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and other channels.
- Follow up with clients regarding company formation, licenses, visas, and related services.
- Update and maintain customer information on the company system/CRM.
- Follow up on applications and coordinate with the relevant departments.
- Keep clients updated on their application status.
- Ensure timely and professional customer service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or business setup is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Arabic is an advantage.
- Good computer skills and ability to work with CRM/system platforms.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- UAE experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay: From AED 3,000.00 per month.

- Work Location: In person.
