Galderma is seeking an ambitious and commercially strong
(Aesthetics Injectables - Toxins)
to join our Injectable Aesthetics business in Saudi Arabia.
This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity to drive one of our most strategic growth categories in a dynamic and fast-evolving market.
As Sales Lead, you will own the commercial success of our aesthetic toxins portfolio, leading launch excellence, market expansion, customer adoption, advocacy development, and cross-functional execution.
You will play a critical role in shaping category leadership and delivering sustainable profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead national commercial strategy and execution for the aesthetic injectable (neuromodulator/ toxins) portfolio.
- Drive launch readiness, customer adoption, and market penetration plans.
- Develop segmentation, targeting, pricing, and account growth strategies.
- Build strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, KOLs, and strategic customers.
- Lead advocacy, training, and educational initiatives to accelerate product uptake.
- Monitor sales performance, market share, competitor dynamics, and customer insights.
- Manage budgets, investments, vendors, and commercial resources effectively.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and regional teams.
- Ensure full compliance with company standards and local regulations.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related field.
- Strong commercial experience in the dermatology or aesthetics industries.
- Proven success in product launches, category growth, or brand leadership roles.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to convert data into action plans.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for building new business opportunities.
