Job Title: Sales Lady (Arabic & English Speaking) – E-commerce Business
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated **Sales Lady** who is fluent in **Arabic and English** to join our growing e-commerce team.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Assist customers in Arabic and English.
- Process orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Promote products and generate sales.
- Maintain customer records and prepare daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and management team.
- Support online marketplaces and website sales activities.
Requirements
- Fluent in **Arabic and English** (spoken and written).
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Salary & Benefits
**AED 2,500 – AED 3,500 per month** (based on experience)
Plus attractive sales commission
