Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused **Arabic-speaking Sales Lady** to join our growing E-commerce team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer support, sales coordination, order management, and maintaining excellent relationships with Arabic and English-speaking customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, live chat, and social media.
- Communicate effectively with both Arabic and English-speaking customers.
- Provide product information and assist customers in making purchase decisions.
- Process orders and follow up on order status, deliveries, and customer requests.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Follow up with existing customers to generate repeat sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Assist in managing product listings, promotions, and customer feedback on e-commerce platforms.
- Support sales activities on Amazon, Noon, Shopify, and company websites.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- **Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).**
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, telesales, or e-commerce is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, Email, Internet).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
- Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
