About The Role

We're looking for a confident, people-loving Sales Intern to help us grow our client base.

This is a hands-on, field-based role: you'll be out meeting startup founders and small business owners in person — at their offices, co-working spaces, business hubs, and events — introducing them to what Innovex can do and opening doors for our team to close.

If you enjoy talking to people, thrive on a challenge, and want real sales experience (not coffee runs), this is for you.

What You'Ll Do

  • Visit startups, founders, co-working spaces, and local businesses in person to introduce Innovex's services and generate new leads if needed.
  • Pitch our core services — social media management, website management, content creation, branding & logo design, and event/photo/video coverage — in a clear, compelling way.
  • Build and maintain a target list of prospects, and keep notes on every conversation and follow-up.
  • Qualify leads, understand each prospect's needs, and book meetings or demos for the senior sales team.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects by phone, WhatsApp, and email to move deals forward.
  • Represent Innovex at networking events, expos, and community meetups to spot new opportunities.
  • Share market feedback with the team — what startups want, common objections, and competitor activity.

What We'Re Looking For

  • A genuine people person — comfortable starting conversations with strangers and walking into a business cold.
  • Strong communication skills in English & Arabic and/or other languages are a plus)
