Content Strategist Innovex Agency — Dubai, UAE | Full-Time, On-Site

Salary AED 6000 to 6500 Per month ( Arabic & English Must )

We're looking for a Content Strategist to join our team in-house at Innovex.

This is a multi-faceted role that sits at the intersection of client management and creative strategy.

You won't be executing — we have a full in-house production team for that.

Your job is to think, ideate, and direct.

Ability to serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

Able to manage day-to-day client communication and respond promptly

Capable of ensuring alignment between client expectations and internal delivery

Can translate client needs into clear, actionable briefs and creative concepts for the production team

Confident in attending and actively contributing to client-facing meetings with a professional presence

Ability to collaborate with cross-departmental teams — design, production, post-production, branding, ads, and web development

Can develop content direction and come up with original creative ideas

Able to guide and review creative output with a strong visual eye

Excellent in using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) as part of everyday workflows for ideation, research, and strategic support

Must be fluent in Arabic and English — spoken and written (non-negotiable)

Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Calendar)

Knowledgeable in graphic design fundamentals and able to communicate visual direction clearly

Experienced in using AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) as professional working tools

Capable of multitasking across account management, creative, and coordination simultaneously

Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills — both client-facing and internal

Has a clear visual sense and creative instinct to lead content direction
