Collect accurate data via incoming calls/emails from potential customers for distribution to inside Sales Representatives in a timely manner.

Verify that all data entered is accurate on each estimate and/or sale.

Assist in customer retention/lead generation.

Linking electronic documents to all leads/sold accounts. Including square footage and special instruction for each account daily.

Identify lead opportunities utilizing Real Green (CRM), or any other lead generating source.

Alert Production Department of any changes affecting current/upcoming lawn care services.

Document changes to account for all leads/current customers pertaining to changes in contact information, changes in service, cancellations etc.

Provides exceptional level of customer service and adhere to Virginia Green’s Sales Process.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently
