LaLaZar is MENA’s first immersive 3D marketplace where brands do not just get listed, they run their own virtual stores and collaborate with creators to drive discovery and sales.

We are building a new way for brands to be experienced online.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Outreach Intern who can take ownership of our early-stage brand acquisition efforts.

This role is hands on and execution heavy, you will be identifying potential brands, reaching out to them, nurturing conversations, and driving them toward discovery calls.

If you enjoy speaking to people, building relationships, and seeing your outreach convert into real business conversations, this role is for you.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Identify and research brands that are a strong fit for LaLaZar
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads across categories (fashion, beauty, lifestyle)
  • Reach out to brands via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Write personalized outreach messages (no spammy templates)
  • Follow up consistently and manage ongoing conversations
  • Schedule and conduct initial discovery call with potential partners
  • Understand brand needs and position LaLaZar effectively
  • Maintain CRM / tracking sheets for outreach and responses
  • Work closely with the founding team to refine outreach strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills (written + spoken)
  • Confidence in speaking to brand owners / decision-makers
  • Ability to research and think critically about brand fit
  • Organized and consistent with follow-ups
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and handling rejections
  • Self-starter mindset. you do not wait to be told what to do
  • Good to Have
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or outreach
  • Understanding of influencer marketing / creator economy
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email tools, or CRM systems
