About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and result-driven **Sales Head** to lead our business consulting and corporate services division.
The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in managing sales teams and handling end-to-end business setup processes across **Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore jurisdictions**.
This role requires a strategic leader with proven experience in business consulting, client acquisition, and team performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
- Oversee end-to-end business setup and corporate services for clients
- Handle Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formation processes
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
- Identify new business opportunities in UAE and international markets
- Ensure high-quality client service and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth service delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Sales / Business Consulting / Corporate Services
- Strong knowledge of UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore regulations
- Proven experience in team management and leadership roles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills
- Russian-speaking candidate preferred
- Willingness to travel or relocate to Moscow if required
- Strong business acumen and target-oriented mindset
