Lead Casagrand's Dubai sales operations, manage the sales team, grow revenue, and personally handle high-value negotiations and property deals.
Candidates must have prior experience working with a real estate developer.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Lead key negotiations and close property deals.
- Develop sales strategies aligned with project targets and business objectives.
- Sell off-plan and ready properties across the company portfolio.
- Build relationships with brokers, channel partners, investors, and high-net-worth clients.
- Monitor pipelines, team performance, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, and Channel Partner teams on lead generation and conversions.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and present updates to senior management.
Requirements
- 12+ years of total experience in real estate sales.
- Prior real estate developer experience is mandatory.
- Proven sales leadership, team management, and property deal-closing experience.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate, particularly off-plan sales.
- Established broker, channel partner, and investor network.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Pay
- AED 20,000–30,000 per month.
