Lead 360° marketing strategies, strengthen brand positioning, drive real estate project launches, and support business growth.
The role is based in Dubai, UAE, in the real estate development industry.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.
- Lead end-to-end project marketing, including launches, branding, and campaigns.
- Manage digital and performance marketing, social media, PR, events, and media planning.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team.
- Manage marketing budgets, agencies, vendors, and campaign performance.
- Partner with Sales and senior management on lead generation, brand visibility, and sales growth.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of marketing experience.
- Real estate development experience is a must.
- Proven experience in 360° marketing and real estate project launches.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Good understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
- Experience in marketing strategy, budgeting, digital campaigns, and brand management.
Pay
- AED 12,000–20,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person in Dubai, UAE.
