Key Responsibilities
- Support customer relationships and respond to inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with customers, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to support sales growth objectives.
- Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and customer submissions that meet project requirements.
- Follow up on opportunities, project milestones, and customer approvals to facilitate timely order execution and project success.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer information within CRM systems and contribute to sales forecasting and business reporting.
