Key Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and sales floor merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain clean, organized, and customer-ready departments.
• Follow merchandising concepts and presentation standards when placing and arranging products.
• Recover and straighten merchandise throughout the shift.
• Assist customers in a friendly, polite, and professional manner.
• Help customers locate merchandise and provide general product assistance.
• Work quickly and efficiently to keep merchandise moving from the stockroom to the sales floor.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
• Assist with additional store responsibilities as needed.
• Work cooperatively with other team members to support daily store operations.
