About the Agency As a local agency of NFU Mutual we deliver a first-class service, and sell their product range across our region, to customers old and new, who are at the core of everything we do. We are a business where honesty, integrity and trust are at the heart of our values. We champion the personal approach to customer service that NFU Mutual are famous for.

In order to play a key role in the growth of our business, you will self-generate a pipeline, develop relationships with key decision makers, and most importantly, secure the business of non-farming clients within target commercial sectors. As well as selling commercial insurance you will cross sell the full range of NFU Mutual products, including financial services, risk management services and our range of motor and personal insurances. You can sell with confidence, knowing that our experienced account handlers will ensure that the new business you’ve worked so hard to generate is well looked after come renewal.

We are seeking someone with potential to become a successful sales professional. You will be supported by us with an extensive training plan meaning that previous insurance experience is not required. You will have a minimum of 5 GCSE's at Level 5 / Grade C or above including English Language and Mathematics.
