DP World is hiring Sales Executive for its stablecoin-enabled payments solution, developed in collaboration with licensed third-party financial and technology partners to enable accessible, instant, and transparent cross-border payments.
The solution forms part of DP World’s broader vision to modernise global trade settlements by leveraging blockchain technology to reduce transaction costs, improve transparency, and enhance financial inclusion across emerging markets.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for assisting DP World regional sales personnel in driving business growth, converting complex leads and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities – selling the payment solutions to new and existing customers.
You will assist with driving sales within the region and assist in converting and maintaining strong relationships with top management of SMEs and corporate clients who have adopted the cross-border payment solutions, acting as one of the primary points of contact for all DP World Stablecoin account-related matters.
You will develop and execute sales strategies in alignment with the Regional Sales Lead and ensure dissemination of key information to the DP World regional sales team related to new product developments on ground.
Collaborating with internal teams, including Product and Strategy and Operations, you will ensure seamless execution of client strategies and address any issues that arise.

will also involve assisting in up- or cross-selling additional platform solutions as they are developed .
The role will also entrail using of enterprise solutions such as CRM to track leads and convert prospective clients along with preparing and presenting regular reports on account performance, sales activities, and market insights to the Regional Sales Lead.
Through strategic sales efforts, strong client relationships, and cross-functional collaboration, you will play a critical role in driving the success of DP World’s payments platform and delivering exceptional value to SMEs and corporate clients.
Key Accountabilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by assisting the DP World Regional Logistics Sales team in selling the payment solutions to new and existing customers (in collaboration and co-ordination with existing DP World Regional Logistics Sales team) and potential new corporate clients
- Proactively identify, engage, and convert new prospects to drive adoption of the payments solutions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with top management of SMEs and corporate clients who have adopted the cross-border payment solutions and act as one of the primary points of contact, along with the Operations Analyst, for all account-related matters
- Develop, align with Regional Sales Lead and execute sales strategies basis extensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, competitive landscape and achieve revenue targets
- Assist the Regional Sales Lead and Senior Sales personnel in the Regional Logistics Sales teams, in any way needed (e.g., follow up calls, documentation completion, etc.) to close leads generated by them in the region
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product and Strategy and Operations teams, to ensure seamless execution of client strategies and address any issues that arise
- Extensively engage with clients on key questions or concerns that they might have before onboarding onto the platform
- Upselling and cross-selling additional solutions, as and when they are developed, to prospective leads in collaboration with the DP World Regional Logistics Sales team
- Use enterprise solutions such as CRM to ensure proper tracking of leads generated either by the Sales Executive themselves or by the DP World Regional Sales personnel
- Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales funnel overview across key prospects, other sales activities and market insights to the Regional Sales Lead
- Ensure all client activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies, aligned closely with the Risk and Compliance team
- Gather feedback from clients on the payment solutions and work with the product team to implement improvements and new features that meet client needs
- Example KPIs for the role can include:
- + Transaction volume from Leads Generated (Transactions volume on DP World Payment platform by customers acquired by the Sales Executive)
- + Leads generated directly (Leads generated directly by Sales Executive basis references from existing customers)
- + Total Sales calls/meetings (Total calls/meetings with customers, incl. per client, during a specific period independently and with DP World Logistics Sales personnel)
- + New Customer Acquisition (Number of new customers that signed up for the platform within a defined period)
- + Lead Conversion Rate (Total conversions as a percentage of leads)
- + Leads to Conversion TAT (Average time taken from initial lead generation to closure)
- + Cross-Sell / Upsell Ratio (Percentage of existing customers sold additional products within the same solution space)
- Act as an ambassador for DP World when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World’s Founder’s Principles, values and culture; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethics policies
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Experience And Skills
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field with 5+ years of experience in account management, client relationship management, or sales in fintech, payments or blockchain industries
- Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts (preferably B2B relationships)
- Proficiency in CRM software and account management tools
- Experience in acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, routing to the customer support team (if need be) and ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively with internal teams, including Product, Risk and Compliance and Operations teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Proven problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to client challenges
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with written and spoken capabilities of English and local language of the region they are deployed in along with the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in preparing and delivering client presentations, proposals, and reports
- Ability to track project progress, adhere to deadlines, and provide regular updates to the Coverage Director and other stakeholders
