Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional to join our fast-growing fintech team.
The ideal candidate will combine consultative selling with deep product knowledge to help financial institutions and businesses leverage our innovative payment, risk, and data solutions.
This role offers the opportunity to influence strategy, build long-term relationships, and drive revenue in a rapidly evolving fintech landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and engage potential enterprise clients in financial services, payments, and related industries.
- Develop a robust sales pipeline, including lead qualification, discovery, proposal development, and negotiations.
- Demonstrate product capabilities, articulate value propositions, and tailor solutions to client needs.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless client journey from initial contact to implementation and expansion.
- Manage contractual terms, pricing, and due diligence with a focus on risk mitigation and compliance.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, while maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide market feedback, competitive intelligence, and insights to steer product improvements and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS or fintech sales experience, with a proven track record of quota attainment.
- Strong understanding of payments, processing, risk, AML/KYC, fraud prevention, or API-driven platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics.
- Autonomous, proactive, and collaborative team player with a customer-first mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field; fintech or banking industry background is a plus.
