We give landlords innovative tools and curated strategies to optimize rental income, streamline operations, and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

We're building something significant and we're looking for a Sales Executive who wants to be a core part of that.

Your Impact

You'll play a critical role in scaling our SaaS business across property managers, serviced apartments, developers, and hospitality operators.

This isn't transactional selling; it's solution-led, consultative, and revenue-driven.Build pipeline.

Run high-conviction demos.

Convert qualified prospects into recurring revenue clients.

Every deal you close compounds.

Every client you win strengthens the platform.

1. **Pipeline Creation & Qualification:**

Proactively generate and qualify opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, and inbound demand.

Maintain strong pipeline coverage at all times.

2. **High-Impact Product Demos:**

Lead structured, outcome-focused demos that connect product capabilities to revenue growth, operational efficiency, and portfolio control.

3. **Consultative Selling:**

Understand each client's operational model, challenges, and financial goals.

Position the platform as a growth enabler, not just a tool.

4. **Negotiation & Closing:**

Handle commercial discussions, pricing conversations, and contract finalization confidently.

Close subscription agreements that drive recurring revenue.

5. **Revenue Ownership & Forecasting:**

Manage your funnel end-to-end.

Forecast accurately and consistently deliver against monthly and quarterly targets.

6. **CRM & Pipeline Discipline:**

Maintain clean opportunity tracking, clear deal stages, and full pipeline transparency.

7. **Market Intelligence:**

Stay sharp on prop-tech trends, SaaS competition, and evolving hospitality tech demands across the GCC and beyond.

8. **Cross-Team Coordination:**

Collaborate with product, onboarding, and customer success to ensure smooth transitions and long-term client retention.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the property management or real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
