With an ever-expanding footprint across KSA, we’re on a mission to make “living in” feel effortless for both guests and hosts.
We’re hiring a B2B Sales Manager to build and scale the corporate accommodation business at Livedin.
Livedin is the largest short-term rental proptech in Saudi Arabia, helping landlords maximize income while delivering a seamless guest experience. As we expand, we’re building a corporate sales engine to serve companies looking for high-quality accommodation solutions for their employees and project teams.
This role is not about managing an existing pipeline — it’s about building one from scratch.
If you enjoy opening doors, building partnerships, and closing meaningful deals, this role will give you a platform to do it at scale.
What you'll be responsible for
Build the corporate sales engine
- Identify and engage companies that need accommodation solutions for employees
- Build relationships with relocation companies, travel agencies, consulting firms and corporate HR teams
- Develop a pipeline of corporate accounts and convert them into repeat customers
Own the full sales cycle
- Prospect → pitch → negotiate → close deals
- Structure accommodation solutions based on client needs
- Manage corporate relationships and grow accounts over time
Launch strategic partnerships
- Work with relocation companies and ecosystem partners
- Develop distribution channels that can generate recurring corporate demand
Work closely with the leadership team
- Help define the corporate sales strategy
- Provide market insights and feedback on customer demand
- Shape the growth of the corporate business line
What we are looking for
- 4–7 years experience in B2B sales / partnerships (preferably Hospitality experience)
- Strong ability to open doors and build relationships
- Comfortable operating in high ownership, high accountability environments
- Ability to work independently and build something from zero
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in hospitality, travel, relocation, or real estate is a plus
