Overview

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Riyadh.

The Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing client accounts, and promote the company’s range of tents and temporary structures.

Responsibilities include conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, monitoring market trends and competitors, and contributing to sales targets and revenue growth.

The Sales Executive is expected to build long-term relationships with clients and represent Alfares Intl.

Tents professionally at industry events and client engagements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in events, construction, hospitality, or related industries, with strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships, including effective client communication, needs assessment, and account management.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical or product details clearly to diverse stakeholders.
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including managing multiple inquiries, proposals, and projects simultaneously.
  • Comfort with basic business tools (CRM systems, spreadsheets, email, and presentation software) to track leads and prepare proposals.
  • Knowledge of the local Riyadh and broader Middle East market is an advantage, particularly in events and temporary structures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
