We are seeking a highly competent and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Group General Manager / Group Partner.
The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and prior experience supporting senior leadership.
The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison, ensuring smooth communication, efficient scheduling, and effective execution of executive-level tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- :
- Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Group General Manager / Group Partner.
- Manage and optimize executive calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and executive documents
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups and action tracking
- Serve as a communication bridge between the Group General Manager / Group Partner and internal departments
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion
- Monitor task progress and ensure timely completion of assigned priorities
- Draft agendas, record meeting minutes, and track action points
- Support coordination of strategic initiatives and operational projects
- Manage email correspondence and prioritize communications effectively
- Responsible for handling Key Account Management for the Group General Manager / Group Partner, including client coordination and follow-ups
Requirements
- :
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Executive Assistant supporting top management
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced executive environment
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
- Ability to manage pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
