Overview

We are seeking a highly competent and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Group General Manager / Group Partner.

The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and prior experience supporting senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison, ensuring smooth communication, efficient scheduling, and effective execution of executive-level tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • :
  • Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Group General Manager / Group Partner.
  • Manage and optimize executive calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and executive documents
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups and action tracking
  • Serve as a communication bridge between the Group General Manager / Group Partner and internal departments
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion
  • Monitor task progress and ensure timely completion of assigned priorities
  • Draft agendas, record meeting minutes, and track action points
  • Support coordination of strategic initiatives and operational projects
  • Manage email correspondence and prioritize communications effectively
  • Responsible for handling Key Account Management for the Group General Manager / Group Partner, including client coordination and follow-ups

Requirements

  • :
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Executive Assistant supporting top management
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced executive environment
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
  • Ability to manage pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
