Sales Executive - Retail SaaS
About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Conduct product demos and effectively communicate value propositions to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to drive revenue growth
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and sales processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deals simultaneously
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable
