Go Kite Travel and Tours seeks an Outdoor Sales Executive to grow its partner network in Dubai.
The company offers inbound and outbound tours, visa assistance, holiday packages, flight bookings, and Hajj and Umrah services.
Responsibilities
- Visit travel agencies, corporate clients, and potential partners across Dubai to introduce services and win business.
- Present packages and services, negotiate terms, and secure partnership agreements.
- Build lasting partnerships and serve as a point of contact for agencies.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into bookings; maintain client records and provide regular sales reports.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales experience in travel and tourism.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills; ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
- Good knowledge of the travel industry and its products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Workplace and employment
- Full-time role based in Dubai, UAE; field-based work and in-person location are specified.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 4,000 per month.
