Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients to drive sales and expand market presence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve personal and team targets.
  • Regularly visit clients and make presentations to promote company products or services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional sales materials and initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts to inform management of sales progress and outcomes.
  • Stay informed of new products and services and communicate developments to clients.
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions to network and promote brand awareness.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in outdoor sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
  • Adept in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and networking events.
  • Valid driver?s license and access to reliable transportation required.
