About This Role

Purpose

Drive business development and sales of corrugated packaging by identifying potential clients, understanding requirements, and converting opportunities into orders while supporting the growth of our corrugation carton manufacturing companies new facility.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and approach companies using corrugated packaging across the UAE
  • Build and maintain a strong customer pipeline
  • Gather market intelligence on demand, volumes, and trends

Customer Engagement

  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable packaging solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals
  • Promote cost-effective and value-added solutions

Sales Execution

  • Generate enquiries and convert into orders
  • Negotiate pricing and terms as per company policy
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain CRM records

Coordination

  • Work with production, logistics, and service teams for timely delivery
  • Monitor order execution and ensure customer satisfaction

Market & Relationship Management

  • Track competitor activities and market trends
  • Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business

Job Details

  • Reporting to: CEO – Special Projects
  • Location: Abu Dhabi (Travel required)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field
  • 4–6 years B2B sales experience (preferably packaging/corrugation)
  • Knowledge of packaging solutions, CRM, and MS Office
  • UAE driving license

Pay: AED100.00 - AED120.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
