Job Title: Helper (Baler Operator) – Corrugation Company
We are looking for a Helper (Baler Operator) for our corrugated packaging company (UCPI). The candidate will be responsible for handling and compressing waste materials generated during production using a baling machine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect waste materials such as card board scraps, paper trim and rejected cartons
- Operate the baler machine to compress waste into compact bales
- Tie and secure bales using wires or straps
- Label and store bales properly for recycling or dispatch
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
