Job Title: Sales Executive – Off-Plan & Secondary Real Estate
Location: Business Bay, Dubai
Salary: Negotiable + commission
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team, specializing in both off-plan and secondary real estate properties in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, with a strong focus on off-plan and/or secondary market properties.
- Multilingual candidates are highly preferred (Chinese, French, Arabic, Spanish).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and current trends is an advantage.
