We’re Hiring: Sales Executive \| Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Marketing Field)

We are seeking a high-impact, commercially driven Sales Executive to spearhead our business growth and market expansion across Saudi Arabia.

This opportunity is designed for a sales professional who goes beyond traditional selling, someone who builds strategic partnerships, opens high-value opportunities, and transforms market potential into sustainable revenue growth.

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in strengthening our footprint in KSA by driving new business, building trusted client relationships, and delivering measurable commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development initiatives and drive market expansion across Saudi Arabia
  • Identify, pursue, and secure high-value business opportunities within the market
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads and strategic prospects
  • Establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers across brands, companies, and organizations in KSA
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and successful deal closure
  • Position the company’s marketing, creative, and strategic services as business-driven solutions aligned with client objectives
  • Partner closely with internal strategy, creative, and marketing teams to develop tailored proposals and growth solutions
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Provide strategic insights on market trends, competitor activity, and evolving client needs within Saudi Arabia

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience within a Marketing or Advertising Agency
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi business ecosystem and marketing landscape
  • Well-established network of clients and decision-makers across KSA
  • Proven success in lead generation, client acquisition, and closing high-value deals
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly proactive, commercially minded, and results-driven
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English
  • Must be in Riyadh, KSA
