What You'll Be Doing As a Sales Account Manager, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of customers while identifying opportunities to expand RS's presence within your territory.

You will: Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers to drive retention and growth.

Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities within assigned territories.

Deliver value-led sales solutions that help customers improve efficiency, productivity, and sustainability.

Achieve revenue, margin, and customer growth targets through effective account planning.

Partner with internal specialists and support teams to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Maintain accurate customer, pipeline, and sales activity records within CRM systems.

Use market, customer, and sales insights to make informed commercial decisions.

Resolve customer issues proactively and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Represent RS professionally while maintaining compliance with company policies and standards.

About You We're interested in hearing from candidates who bring: 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Territory Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.

A proven track record of delivering sales growth and building long-term customer relationships.

within industrial, manufacturing, MRO, engineering, electrical, technical, automation, or related sectors is highly regarded.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

A customer-focused mindset with a consultative selling approach.

Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work autonomously within a field-based sales environment.

Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities.
