Role Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven

Sales Executive (Furniture & Fit-Out)

to join our Riyadh team.

This full-time, on-site position is ideal for ambitious professionals looking to build and advance their careers within the furniture, FF&E, and fit-out industry.

The successful candidate will support business development activities, identify new opportunities, engage with prospective clients, and contribute to the growth of our hospitality, residential, and corporate project portfolio.

The role offers significant exposure to major projects, client interaction, and ongoing professional development within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality, residential, and corporate sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, designers, and project stakeholders.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and present suitable solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations with support from internal teams.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and project departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the company's services.
  • Monitor market trends and provide feedback to support business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer relations, interiors, furniture, FF&E, or related industries.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is highly valued.
  • Ability to learn technical and design-related aspects of furniture and fit-out projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to grow within a dynamic organization.
