Job Summary
Arabesc Digital is looking for a motivated Sales Executive for a Digital Services Agency to help generate qualified leads, approach potential clients, and close new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience selling digital services and must have an existing business network in the UAE or GCC.
This role is focused on finding potential clients, understanding their business needs, presenting Arabesc Digital’s services professionally, and helping convert leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through online research, LinkedIn, email outreach, phone calls, networking, referrals, and existing business connections.
- Identify businesses that may need digital services such as websites, mobile apps, SEO, digital marketing, social media management, automation, or AI chatbot solutions.
- Contact potential clients and introduce Arabesc Digital’s services in a professional and persuasive way.
- Use existing UAE or GCC business connections to create sales opportunities.
- Understand the client’s business needs, challenges, and goals.
- Qualify leads and determine whether they are a good fit for the company’s services.
- Arrange meetings, calls, or presentations with potential clients.
- Prepare or support in preparing proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
- Follow up with leads consistently until a decision is made.
- Maintain a clear record of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and client status.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Work closely with the internal team to understand services, pricing, and project requirements.
Requirements
- Must have previous experience selling digital services.
- Must have an existing business network in the UAE
- Strong understanding of services such as web development, mobile app development, SEO, digital marketing, social media management, software automation, or AI chatbot solutions.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or client acquisition.
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Ability to generate leads independently and approach decision-makers confidently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Professional English communication skills. Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to understand client requirements and present suitable digital solutions.
- Results-driven, organized, and able to report progress clearly.
- Experience using LinkedIn, email outreach, CRM tools, or lead generation platforms is a plus.
