Sales Executive – Floristry

About This Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive with UAE experience in the floral industry to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of floral products, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Job Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of floral products and services, including bouquets, arrangements, event décor, and customized floral solutions. You will work closely with the florist team to ensure client requirements are met with creativity and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development:
• Identify and approach new clients including individuals, corporate clients, and event planners.
• Client Engagement:

Understand customer needs and occasions (weddings, events, corporate orders, daily sales).

• Product Promotion:

Promote floral arrangements, customized bouquets, and seasonal offerings.Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, and close deals.Work closely with florists to ensure designs meet client expectations.Provide expert advice on flower selection, arrangements, and care.Handle order processing, scheduling, and delivery coordination.Maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.Requirements
