About This Role
Generate new business leads and develop client relationships
Conduct field visits and client meetings across Dubai and UAE
Present company products and services professionally to clients
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up emails
Negotiate pricing and close deals
Coordinate with operations and project teams for smooth execution
Maintain proper CRM/client records and follow-up schedules
Identify opportunities in hospitality, commercial, retail, residential, and fit-out sectors
Build relationships with contractors, interior designers, consultants, facility management companies, and corporate clients
