IBC Group is hiring a **Sales Executive (Female)** with experience in Business Center or Real Estate sales.
The role requires a motivated professional with excellent communication skills, a proven sales track record, and a dedication to delivering outstanding client service while supporting our business center operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries, walk-ins, and follow up on generated leads
- Manage daily operations and responsibilities of the business center.
- Conduct professional office viewings and pitch IBC’s value-added services
- Convert prospects into long-term clients by closing leasing deals
- Manage the full sales cycle including client onboarding and agreement finalization
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track existing and new clients, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize conversions
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ proven sales experience in business centers, accounts, serviced offices, or real estate
- Strong communication, persuasion, and deal-closing skills
- CRM experience and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Presentable, energetic, and highly goal-oriented
- Willingness to occasionally commute between branches (if required)

Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
