About This Role
IBC Group of Business Centers is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant (Male) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in UAE accounting, with strong knowledge of VAT regulations, financial reporting, and daily bookkeeping functions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of accounting experience in UAE
- VAT knowledge & filing experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Tally/QuickBooks/ERP systems (Any accounting software experience must)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & general computer skills
- Ability to prepare financial statements, balance sheets & P&L
- Strong understanding of payables, receivables & bank reconciliation
- Good knowledge of cash flow management & petty cash handling
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- CMA/CPA certification is a plus
- Immediate joiners will be given priority
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Handle A/P, A/R, journal entries & ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial reports
- Process VAT returns & ensure regulatory compliance
- Monitor expenses, payroll support & invoicing
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies
- Support during audits and maintain documentation
- Coordinate with management and external parties when required
