Overview

Asico is looking for a dedicated and skilled

Sales Executive - Engineering Consultancy & Property Management

to enhance our sales team.

The ideal candidate will focus on driving business growth by promoting our engineering consultancy services and property management solutions to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in engineering consultancy and property management sectors
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Present and explain Asico's service offerings to potential clients, tailoring solutions to their needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements in line with company goals
  • Collaborate with technical and management teams to ensure client requirements are effectively met and delivered
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments specific to engineering consultancy and property management
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and client feedback for senior management
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and represent the company

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within engineering consultancy, property management, or related industries
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of engineering consultancy and property management services
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
  • Access to personal vehicle is required
