English: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, promoting company services and products, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent client relationships.

​Key Responsibilities / المهام الرئيسية

​Identify and approach potential customers through calls, walk-ins, or online leads. (تحديد واستهداف العملاء المحتملين من خلال المكالمات، الزيارات المباشرة، أو المنصات الإلكترونية).

​Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services. (فهم متطلبات العملاء وتقديم التوصيات بالخدمات أو المنتجات المناسبة).

​Present, promote, and sell company offerings professionally. (عرض والترويج وبيع خدمات الشركة بأسلوب احترافي).

​Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. (تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والربع سنوية).

​Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads. (الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للعملاء ومتابعة العملاء المحتملين).

​Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. (التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء وحل المشكلات في الوقت المناسب).

​Build long-term relationships with clients. (بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء).

​Stay updated on company products, pricing, and market trends. (مواكبة تحديثات خدمات الشركة، الأسعار، واتجاهات السوق).

​Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. (التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية لضمان تقديم الخدمة بسلاسة).

​Requirements and Skills / الشروط والمهارات المطلوبة

​Experienced and Freshers can Apply. (نقبل أصحاب الخبرة والخريجين الجدد).

​Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (مهارات تواصل وتفاعل ممتازة مع الآخرين).

​Strong negotiation and convincing abilities. (قدرة قوية على التفاوض والإقناع).

​Basic computer knowledge like CRM, MS Office, and emails. (معرفة أساسية بالكمبيوتر والـ CRM والـ MS Office والإيميلات).

​Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus. (إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بطلاقة، وأي لغات إضافية تعتبر ميزة).
